We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at help@theblendhive.com. We'll assign a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number and return instructions.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For added peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
After receiving your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its receipt. We'll then let you know if your refund has been approved or not within 10 days from the date of receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card or paypal.
For purchases made by gift card, the refund will be applied to a new gift card of the value of the return will be issued.
