Limited Warranty for Nutri Pro Portable Blender

Blendhive's limited warranty obligations are subject to the terms outlined below:

Warranty Period:

Blendhive warrants the Nutri Pro Portable Blender ("the Product") against defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of one year from the original retail purchase date. This limited warranty is valid solely in the country where the product is purchased and is included with the product at no additional cost.

2. Warranty Benefits

If a defect exists within the scope of this limited warranty, Blendhive will, at its discretion:

(1) Repair the product using new replacement parts at no cost,

(2) Exchange the product with a new one that is functionally equivalent to the original product.

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, the replacement becomes your property, and the replaced item becomes Blendhive's property.

3. Obtaining Warranty Service

To avail limited warranty service, please email our customer service department at help@theblendhive.com and we will be delighted to assist you. When contacting our customer service department, kindly provide your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s) and the purchase date. Before sending your product for limited warranty service, retain a copy of all relevant documents for your records (e.g., receipt).

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Blendhive One-Year Limited Warranty is applicable solely to products distributed by Blendhive and identifiable by the "Blendhive" trademark, trade name, and logo affixed to them. It does not extend to unauthentic products or accessories not distributed/sold by Blendhive or through www.theblendhive.com

Normal wear and tear are not covered by this limited warranty. This warranty is valid for consumer use only and becomes void if the product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the actual person who purchased the product.

5. Limitation of Liability

Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy available to the consumer under this limited warranty. Blendhive shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. Blendhive specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

If Blendhive cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty.

6. Non-Application of Warranty

This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by: (a) Accidents (e.g., drops, impacts) (b) Abuse or misuse (c) Improper maintenance (including unauthorized parts service) (d) Modifications to the product (e) Removal or defacement of Blendhive trademarks (f) Use of the product with an adapter/converter.
